By attending any SubjectWell event or industry event where you represent SubjectWell, you acknowledge your agreement to the following policies. This policy applies to all attendees, including employees, contractors and speakers, without exception.

CODE OF CONDUCT

At all SubjectWell events or industry events where you represent SubjectWell, you are committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and positive environment. We expect everyone to adhere to this code of conduct, which outlines the principles and expectations that guide our behavior and decision-making. Please be aware that unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated at any time and may lead to immediate removal from the event, potential disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
  • Be mindful of those you interact with; treat one another with respect and embrace the richness of our diversity
  • All attendees are expected to arrive on time for every event, ready to engage and participate actively
  • Communicate with respect and be mindful of both your tone and content. Refrain from making inappropriate jokes or discussing work-related topics that could potentially offend those around you
  • Foster an inclusive environment by welcoming diverse perspectives and ensuring that all attendees feel valued and included
  • If conflicts arise, address them calmly and professionally. If necessary, seek assistance from HR personnel
UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR
  • Offensive or unwanted behavior and language, including but not limited to discriminatory actions or remarks based on race, religion, color, national origin, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, transgender status, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, political affiliation, or any other similar categories, will not be tolerated. This includes any intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, or demeaning speech or actions
  • All forms of sexual harassment, including unwelcome advances, inappropriate comments, and any behavior that creates a hostile environment
  • Possession of illegal substances during the event
  • Inappropriate disruption of sessions, discussions, or other events
  • Real or implied threat of physical, professional or financial damage or harm
  • Engaging in activities that comprise the company’s reputation or integrity
  • Being frequently on personal devices during the event, which detracts from engagement with other attendees
SOCIAL FUNCTIONS REQUIREMENTS
1. Attendance

Employees are expected to participate in all company-sponsored social events, as these gatherings play a vital role in fostering team building and networking.

2. Conduct

Employees are required to maintain a professional demeanor at all social functions. This entails showing respect towards colleagues, contractors, speakers, and other attendees, while also adhering to the company’s code of conduct.

3. Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol may be available at social functions and employees are expected to consume it responsibly. Failure to drink responsibly and adhere to the code of conduct policy may result in immediate removal from the event and could potentially lead to termination. Also, employees under the legal drinking age are not allowed to consume alcohol at company events.

4. Dress Code

Formal attire is not required; however, please adhere to business casual standards since you will be in the company of colleagues, contractors, speakers and other attendees. We ask that you avoid wearing anything too revealing, displaying political affiliations, graphics or featuring vulgar language. Choose clothing that reflects the company’s values and maintains a professional appearance.

5. Confidentiality

Employees should use discretion and refrain from discussing confidential company information or sensitive topics at social functions. This also includes avoiding sharing information on social media without proper authorization.

6. Reporting Concerns

Employees who witness or experience any inappropriate behavior at social functions are encouraged to promptly report it to the HR department. The company takes all reports of misconduct seriously and will conduct a thorough investigation into all allegations.

CONSENT FOR SUBJECTWELL PHOTOGRAPHY

By attending the event, you acknowledge that your image may be recorded in videos or photographs taken on behalf of SubjectWell. You also grant SubjectWell the right to use candid group photos or videos without the need for additional permission. Please note:

  • Photos and/or recordings are the exclusive property of SubjectWell
  • SubjectWell may post photos and/or recordings on SubjectWell’s official social media pages during and after the events
  • Photos and/or recordings cannot be copied, altered, sold, or further distributed without SubjectWell’s prior written consent
