He is recognized for driving transformative change within organizations, leveraging digital transformation strategies to accelerate product innovation, streamline operations, and boost revenue. Known as a hands-on, “player/coach” executive, Steve combines strategic oversight with direct operational involvement, enabling rapid improvements in team performance and organizational effectiveness.
